1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Syndicate 32 (“Syndicate 32,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our websites, waitlist, accounts, membership, private community, NFL matchup intelligence, data tools, AI features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, joining the waitlist, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. You may use the Services only where lawful. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws and regulations that apply to you, including gambling, tax, and consumer-protection laws.
Do not use the Services if you are enrolled in a gambling self-exclusion program, prohibited from gambling, or located where accessing the Services would be unlawful. We may require reasonable age, identity, or eligibility verification.
3. Nature of the Service
Syndicate 32 is not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not accept or place wagers, hold wagering funds, extend gambling credit, or guarantee access to any betting market.
The Services provide information, analytics, opinions, community discussion, and entertainment. References to “edge,” “+EV,” model outputs, probabilities, projections, advantages, or market opportunities describe analytical concepts, not promises of accuracy, profit, or future performance.
You make every wagering and financial decision independently and at your own risk. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
4. Membership, fees, trial, renewal, and cancellation
Syndicate 32 plans to cap membership at 500 members. Membership availability and the cap may depend on eligibility, technical capacity, and our operational discretion.
The monthly Founding Member option is $20 per month and includes a 24-hour free trial when that trial is shown at checkout. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the 24-hour trial ends, Whop will automatically charge the payment method on file $20 for the first monthly billing period and the membership will continue to renew monthly at the disclosed rate until canceled.
The Full-Season Founding Member option is $100 as a one-time payment when shown at checkout. It is promoted as a $20 savings compared with six monthly payments at $20 per month ($120 total). It does not automatically renew monthly and does not include the monthly plan's free trial. Access lasts through the expiration configured for that full-season pass in Whop.
Before purchase, we will display the price, billing interval, included access, trial or promotional terms if any, renewal terms, and cancellation method. The checkout terms you affirmatively accept form part of these Terms and control if they conflict with general marketing copy.
If a membership automatically renews, it will do so only after the renewal terms have been clearly disclosed and you have affirmatively agreed. Unless checkout states otherwise, renewal charges use the payment method on file at the then-current disclosed rate.
You may cancel the recurring monthly membership using the cancellation method shown in your account or at checkout. Cancellation before the free-trial deadline prevents the first monthly renewal charge. Cancellation after a paid monthly billing period has begun stops future renewals but ordinarily does not provide a refund or credit for the already-started period, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Your access may continue through the applicable paid or trial period.
Taxes and third-party charges are your responsibility where applicable. We may change fees prospectively with legally required notice. Payment failure may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Accounts and security
Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. Account access, including email login or verification links, is personal to you. Do not share credentials or links, allow another person to use your account, or attempt to circumvent the membership cap or access controls.
You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify us promptly at ericsidewater@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse registration, require verification, or suspend access to protect members or the Services.
6. Community standards
The private community is for serious, good-faith NFL analysis. You may not:
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, dox, stalk, or exploit another person;
- send spam, undisclosed promotion, tout solicitation, scams, malware, or deceptive links;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, results, affiliations, or expertise;
- post unlawful, infringing, confidential, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content;
- share account credentials, private member content, personal data, or paid material outside the Services;
- facilitate unlawful wagering, match fixing, insider betting, market manipulation, or use of material nonpublic information; or
- scrape, crawl, automate access to, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or bypass controls on the Services.
You may select a permitted display name and username color. Authorized administrators may use cosmetic or “house” aliases for moderation, demonstrations, discussion prompts, or product operations. Such aliases are not separate member accounts. The primary administrator identity may be identified with a crown or other administrator marker.
We may moderate, remove, preserve, or disclose content; mute community features; restrict visibility; and suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the community, or comply with law. We do not undertake to monitor every message.
7. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, moderate, and promote the Services. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for reasonable backups, legal retention, and content shared or incorporated into an ongoing conversation.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it complies with these Terms. Feedback and product suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation.
The Services—including their software, design, models, calculations, proprietary matchup metrics, compilations, reports, graphics, branding, and original content—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes during authorized access.
You may not republish, resell, sublicense, create a competing dataset or service from, systematically extract, train a model on, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
8. Third-party data, odds, links, and AI
Scores, play-by-play, odds, lines, injuries, team information, and other data may come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Sportsbooks and data providers may change or correct information without notice. Confirm all material information directly with the applicable regulated operator before acting.
Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their availability, content, pricing, or conduct.
AI or model-generated output may contain errors, omit relevant context, or produce inconsistent conclusions. It is not a substitute for independent analysis. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for a wager or other consequential decision.
9. Responsible gambling
Gambling involves risk and should never be treated as a reliable way to earn money. Set limits, never chase losses, never wager money needed for essential expenses, and stop if gambling is causing stress or harm.
For confidential help in the United States, call or text 1-800-MY-RESET or visit the National Problem Gambling Helpline. In Arizona, call 1-800-NEXT-STEP (1-800-639-8783) or text NEXTSTEP to 53342. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
10. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free data, market availability, accuracy, profitability, or any particular wagering result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syndicate 32 and its owners, affiliates, personnel, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, goodwill, wagering losses, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Syndicate 32 and its affiliates and personnel harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your content, or your material violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct.
11. Suspension, disputes, and changes
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material harm to the Services or community. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.
Before filing a claim, you and Syndicate 32 agree to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Send notice describing the dispute and requested resolution to ericsidewater@gmail.com. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims court.
These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
We may revise these Terms. We will post the updated version and provide additional notice of material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel any renewal before the next charge.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and accepted checkout terms are the entire agreement about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with our business or the Services.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to ericsidewater@gmail.com.
